Job Description

to oversee and optimize our business process outsourcing operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality service delivery. The role requires strong leadership, process management, and client engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day BPO operations, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.

  • Lead a team of customer support, back-office, and operational staff.

  • Optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and drive process automation.

    Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance.

    Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Liaise with clients to understand business needs and drive satisfaction.

  • Monitor performance metrics and generate reports for management.

    Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in BPO operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

    Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

    Experience with CRM and workflow management tools is preferred.
