Founding Software Developer (Full-Stack, Web) Role summary Build v1 products end-to-end and own the web stack across multiple brands. First tech hire. You will ship fast, set standards, and prepare for a small engineering team. Key outcomes (first 6–12 months) Launch v1 of core web app(s) with secure auth, payments, and admin. Cut lead-time from idea → production to <2 weeks. 99.9% uptime for customer-facing sites; P95 API latency <300 ms. Deployment frequency ≥ weekly; defect escape rate <2% of tickets. Create baseline engineering playbook: repo structure, CI/CD, code style, observability. What you’ll do Own full product cycle: scope → design → build → test → deploy → measure. Build responsive web frontends (React/Next.js) and backend APIs (Node/Nest or Express). Design schemas and queries in PostgreSQL; integrate Redis where needed. Integrate third-party services: payments, auth, file storage, email/WhatsApp, analytics. Set up CI/CD, IaC, and cloud infra (AWS preferred) with basic security hardening. Build landing pages, microsites, and dynamic content sections for service pages (Virtual Office, VPOB, APOB, GST Registration, etc.). Customize and optimize WordPress themes and plugins to meet design, functionality, and compliance requirements. Ensure consistent website branding and UI/UX alignment with company guidelines. Integrate lead forms, CRMs (Zoho/HubSpot), chatbots, and marketing automation tools. Implement and maintain legal pages: Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Service Disclaimers. Monitor website performance, uptime, and SEO metrics using tools like Google Search Console and Analytics. Collaborate with content and SEO teams to publish optimized blogs, schema, and metadata. Conduct regular website security checks and maintain backups. Work with the tech team to ensure domain mapping, SSL, and hosting are compliant with corporate IT standards.
