Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities: Regulatory Representation Represent the company or client entities before the State GST Department, Commercial Tax Office, and Sub-Registrar for verification, inspection, or documentation purposes. Attend scheduled hearings, physical verifications, and virtual meetings with GST Officers. Document Execution & Verification Execute, sign, and submit documents such as Leave & License Agreements, NOC, Rent Deeds, and Affidavits on behalf of clients. Ensure proper authentication and notarization of all documents submitted to authorities. Verify that all uploaded documents (electricity bills, property tax receipts, NOC, etc.) match the actual premises and legal requirements. Coordination with Operations Team Coordinate with the back-office operations and compliance team for document collection, digital signatures, and application tracking. Maintain a log of all visits, meetings, and submissions carried out. Compliance & Legal Adherence Ensure all representation is done within the legal scope of authorization issued by the company. Maintain copies of authorization letters and ID proofs during field visits. Report any discrepancies or irregularities observed at premises or during inspections. Reporting & Communication Submit daily and weekly visit reports with photographic and documentary proof. Provide feedback from GST officers or registration authorities to the compliance team for necessary follow-ups.
