Application Support Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the application support team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop incident management and escalation processes to maintain SLAs.
  • Work closely with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
  • Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures.
  • Improve documentation, knowledge base, and self-service support tools.
  • Analyze support trends and drive automation to reduce manual interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance and security standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors/Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in application support, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in

    incident management, problem resolution, and ITIL best practices

  • Experience working with ticketing systems, cloud environments, and databases.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
