Application Support Manager

Position Summary

The Application Support Manager oversees the support, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise applications that enable BilledRights business operations. This role ensures that mission-critical systems perform efficiently, are secure, and support the businesss strategic objectives. The manager leads a team of application support specialists to provide timely resolution, continuous improvement, and proactive performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Application Support team to ensure SLA compliance and system reliability.
• Oversee incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Manage system upgrades, patch deployments, and testing.
• Coordinate with developers, vendors, and business users to resolve escalated application issues.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and change logs for all supported systems.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security and data integrity standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to IT strategy planning.
