BPA Manager

Job Purpose:

• Ensure comprehensive financial budget setting, accurate and timely performance tracking and reporting according to corporate finance standard. Lead and administer all key planning processes including Strategic Plan, Target, LF/LO.
• Actively support the formulation and implementation of key finance related strategies that will enable the delivery of the commercial and strategic objectives for the cluster/ the company
• Provide high quality analysis, insights and recommendations to support financial performance management, resource allocation and strategic decision making across the cluster.
• Manage monthly closing deliverables including performance debrief, analysis, risks & opps
• Maintain effective, proactive communication with Region finance and other functions
• Facilitate preparation of the Monthly Business Discussion (MBD) with region ensuring high quality updates on financial performance, key activities across the cluster and a comprehensive assessment of risks & opportunities.
• Lead or drive above Country or Country finance project management when needed
• Pioneer new ways of work in BPA operations in collaboration with FIOH, Hyd BPA, country BPA. Collaborate with Region BPA and manage its expectation and agenda.
  

Minimum Requirements

• Financial University degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics; MBA Finance / Chartered Accountant/CMA highly preferred
• 7 to 12 years of relevant accounting/financial experience, extensive BPA experience highly preferred
• Excellent analytical and strategic skills. Ability to understand the bigger picture (i.e., impacts of Domain specific investments across the business, etc)
• Experience with interfacing effectively with parent and global counterparts
• In-depth knowledge of Sandoz business systems and enabling function’s structure, including SHAPE, Data Warehouse, and BPC highly preferred
• Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing; ability to clearly explain financial information to a variety of audiences
• Strong PC skills including excellent proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
