Key Responsibilities

Prepare Financial Statements of the Company as per IND AS along with necessary schedules by collating from team
Review and monitor R2R activities for processes in the department
Identify and drive process improvements, including the development of standard/ad-hoc reports, dashboards, Excel templates, and other tools.
Leverage technology to visualize financial and operational data effectively, aiding in clear communication and decision-making.
Perform gap analysis and governance reviews, identifying issues in existing structures and documenting findings from ongoing assessments.
Assist in drafting and updating financial policies, procedures, narratives, and documentation based on identified needs and priorities.
Conduct internal control reviews, risk assessments, and walkthroughs, including the preparation and updating of Risk & Control Matrices (RCMs), test scripts, and work papers.
Execute control testing (Design and Operating Effectiveness), document results, discuss gaps with control owners, and report findings to stakeholders with recommendations for remediation and efficiency improvement.
Find creative and technology driven solutions to automate regular tasks.

Skills Requirement

Chartered Accountant with 2-4 PQE.
Preferred from a Big-4 or Big-6 firms with experience in Audit & Assurance.
Experience in Hospitality would be an added advantage for us.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power Query and Macros creation preferred.
