About the Job – We are looking for a talented and experienced candidate with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience to lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background , with a proven track record of delivering successful projects for large organizations. Job Title - Sr Technical Lead Location: Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document business processes across ERP and Supply Chain functions. Design BPMN-compliant process models using Bizagi Modeler . Develop and configure automated workflows in Bizagi Studio , integrating with JDE/Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Bizagi solutions. Implement business rules, data models, and user interfaces within Bizagi. Integrate Bizagi with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs , SQL , and middleware . Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and ensure successful deployment. Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvement. Work closely with cross-functional teams in ENU verticals to align solutions with industry-specific compliance and operational standards. Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of experience in Bizagi BPM development and implementation. Strong understanding of JDE/Oracle ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, etc.). Experience in Supply Chain Management processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Logistics). Domain knowledge in Energy & Utilities (e.g., asset management, outage management, regulatory compliance). Proficiency in SQL , JavaScript , and web services integration. Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 , Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bizagi Developer Certification. Experience with other BPM tools (e.g., Appian, Camunda) is a plus. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
