Job Title: Billing Executive – Fabrication & Erection

Location: Konsari, Gadchiroli, Maharashtra

Roles & Responsibilities

Data Entry:

• Record site measurements, quantities, and progress in billing systems, validating with drawings and work orders.
• Maintain records of material receipts, consumption, and daily labor/equipment usage with cost entries.

Billing:

• Prepare and verify RA bills for clients and subcontractors for fabrication and erection work.
• Cross-check measurements with site books and ensure compliance with BOQ, tender, and contract terms.
• Perform rate analysis (materials, labor, overheads) and process certified bills for client approval and payment.

Reconciliation:

• Conduct material reconciliation for steel, welding electrodes, bolts, etc.
• Track usage vs. supply, adjust wastage, and reconcile advances, deductions, and penalties.
• Maintain updated documentation of all invoices, records, and financial data per company/ISO standards.

Knowledge Requirements

• Strong understanding of BOQ, tenders, contracts, and rate schedules (DSR/project rates).
• Knowledge of project drawings, site measurement practices, BBS, MIS reports, and documentation.
• Coordination skills with site, project, and accounts teams for billing and reconciliation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Com / BBA / BE / B.Tech (Civil or Mechanical) preferred; Diploma in Civil/Mechanical with billing experience can apply.
• Experience: 2–5 years in construction, fabrication, or erection billing, including site validation and reconciliation.
• Preferred Exposure: Industrial, infrastructure, or fabrication projects (steel structures, conveyors, erection works).

Technical Skills

• MS Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Quantity Formulas.
• ERP/MRP Tools: Tally, SAP, Fishbowl, or custom billing systems.
• AutoCAD: For drawing and quantity verification.
• Other: BOQ prep, RA bill formats, rate analysis, and contract billing procedures.

Domain Knowledge

• Understanding of fabrication & erection processes — cutting, welding, assembly, installation.
• Knowledge of steel weight calculations, consumables tracking, material handling, GST, and TDS in billing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
