SITE ENGINEER Responsibilities: Supervise on-site activities to ensure timely and quality execution of steel fabrication and civil works. Manage a team of 30–40 laborers and technicians , assigning roles, tracking performance, and maintaining discipline. Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Interpret drawings and ensure accurate implementation on the field. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company policies. Maintain daily progress reports, attendance records, and resource tracking. Solve on-site issues promptly and communicate with the management regularly. Monitor material usage, stock availability, and minimize wastage. Assist in the mobilization and demobilization of site resources. Qualifications: Education: Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering (preferred but not mandatory). Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in a supervisory role within construction or fabrication projects. Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage large teams across varied trades. Good communication skills in English and Hindi . Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Familiarity with safety protocols, site documentation, and resource planning.
