Preparing and compiling the documents consisting of Pre-Qualification Criteria and technical evaluation criteria and Preparing the draft technical proposals consisting of Project/ Implementation Plan, Approach and methodology document Preparing the draft cost sheet, Preparing the draft presentation as a part of technical evaluation criteria and Co-ordinating with the legal team for EMDs, tender fee approvals Study and understand the RFP (Application Software, System Software, Hardware, Manpower) requirements Pen Picture Of Candidate : Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in bidding, tendering process, and management with BCA/B.Tech.

Thermal, Mechanical and Pressure vessel design using tools / software Creating Bill of Material on SAP and managing drawings in Team Center Preparing instrument hook-up drawings, Instrument IO list, Utility list, datasheet per industry formats. To consistently meet on time engineering deliverables and maintain high standard of work output to the internal and external customers / associates. Must own compliance to department processes, procedures, and design standards Should actively contribute to and promote continuous improvement. Checking, approving the customer deliverables. Strong working knowledge of how the mechanical seal business and markets work, and how to create growth through engineering processes and products. Good knowledge in interpretation and compliance of project specification from OEM, EPC and End user will be added advantage Hands on experience in selection and release of purchase specifications (Datasheets) of field measurement instruments like Pressure, Level & Temperature gauges, transmitter etc. Working knowledge with API 682, API 610, API 614, ASTM/ASME piping, and pressure vessels standards are preferable Should be committed to very high levels of customer service and collaborate with various inter departments Hands on Skills with automation will be an added advantage.
