To study the Client BOQ and break it down into the packages. To validate the Vendor BOQ with the identified packages. Send item measurements to HO for verification. To reconcile the item measurements with Vendor BOQ quantities and specifications. To reconcile the item measurements with Client BOQ quantities and specifications.
