Job Description – Bid / Proposal ManagerCompany: Esvastica Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Location: Kolkata (HO) Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview:Esvastica Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Bid / Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end tendering and proposal activities across Technology and Construction business units. The role involves managing RFQs/RFPs, coordinating with OEMs and internal teams, preparing compliant techno-commercial proposals, and ensuring timely and accurate bid submissions. Key Responsibilities:Bid Management & Coordination Identify, analyze, and qualify tenders / RFPs / RFQs from GeM, e-Procurement portals, CPWD, PSUs, DISCOMs, and private clients Manage the complete bid lifecycle from tender download to final submission Prepare bid schedules, compliance matrices, and submission checklists Technical & Commercial Proposal Development Coordinate with OEMs, system integrators, and internal engineering teams for technical inputs Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, cost sheets, and pricing models Ensure alignment with eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms Manage MAF, OEM authorizations, compliance documents, and certifications Documentation & Submission Compile and review all statutory, financial, and technical documents Handle online and physical bid submissions, including EMD, BG, and tender fees Ensure bids are error-free, compliant, and submitted within deadlines Post-Bid Support Support technical clarifications, presentations, and negotiations Coordinate during technical and commercial bid openings Maintain bid records, tender trackers, and outcome analysis Qualifications & Experience:Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering, Management, or relevant field 4–8 years of experience in Bid Management / Proposal Management Strong exposure to Government & PSU tenders (CPWD, DISCOM, Railways, Smart City, ICT, Electrical, Infrastructure) Working knowledge of GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals Required Skills:Excellent documentation and proposal-writing skills Strong understanding of tender eligibility, compliance, and evaluation processes Proficiency in MS Excel (costing), Word, and PDF tools Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and work under strict deadlines Preferred Skills:Experience in EPC / System Integration / Construction / Technology projects Knowledge of bank guarantees, EMDs, and contract terms Familiarity with OEM coordination (Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, etc.) Reporting To:CEO / Head – Strategy & Pre-Sales
