Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bidding Manager, located in Delhi. The Bidding Manager will be responsible for preparing and submitting bids for projects and services, managing the bidding process, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. The role includes regular interaction with clients, partners, and internal teams to secure successful bids and drive business growth. Experience in preparing and managing bids and proposals Strong bid filling skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to analyze and interpret client requirements and project specifications Strong organizational and project management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant bidding software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the services sector, especially in training, audits, or manpower services, is an advantage Expert in participation of Bid on GeM and Railway tender portel
