Key Responsibilities • Review and analyze tender documents, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and client inquiries to identify requirements and key deliverables. • Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to gather technical and commercial information. • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, bid documents, and presentations in line with company standards and client specifications. • Ensure all proposals meet deadlines, compliance standards, and customer expectations. • Maintain an updated database of proposals, pricing templates, and client communications. • Monitor and track ongoing proposals, follow up with clients, and support negotiations when required. • Conduct market research to understand competitor pricing, industry trends, and customer preferences. • Assist in developing proposal strategies and cost optimization plans to improve win rates.
