Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bid Specialist located in Noida. The Bid Specialist will be responsible for managing bid processes, preparing tenders, writing proposals, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. The day-to-day tasks include coordinating with different departments, ensuring timely submission of bids, and maintaining records of all bid-related activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Bid Processes, Tender Management, and Bid Preparation
• Strong Proposal Writing and Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
