Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for BFSI roles from sourcing to onboarding
Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and headhunting
Build and maintain a strong pipeline for niche and senior BFSI positions
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets to qualify for
performance incentives

Requirements:

Experience:
1–5 years in recruitment (BFSI hiring preferred)
Strong talent mapping & sourcing skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
