Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned clients in the BFSI sector. This includes understanding client requirements and organization with regard to their existing business activities. Your duties will involve sourcing resumes using various job portals and finding candidates as per the requirement through available resources. Screening the profiles, conducting telephonic interviews, shortlisting candidates, and recommending them to the clients will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to generate and maintain databases for future recruitment needs. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in HR and recruitment, with 1-3 years of experience in the field. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, offering a salary range of INR 200,000 - INR 250,000.
