BFSI Recruiter

Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for sales roles in BFSI – from sourcing to onboarding. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, headhunting, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract top sales talent. Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial screening, assess candidates on sales aptitude, BFSI experience, and cultural fit. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth process. Offer Management: Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure timely closure. Database Management: Maintain and update recruitment trackers and ATS with candidate information. Employer Branding: Promote the organization's value proposition to attract high-caliber candidates. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on BFSI hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor strategies. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree 2–6 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on sales hiring in the BFSI sector. Deep understanding of BFSI products, services, and sales roles (e.g., Relationship Manager, Business Development Executive, Field Sales Executive, etc.). Excellent sourcing skills through Naukri, LinkedIn, job fairs, and other platforms. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
