Job Description

As a Bench Sales Recruiter, your role involves identifying suitable job opportunities for available IT consultants and facilitating their placement. You will be responsible for understanding the consultants" skills, sourcing relevant job openings, and managing the end-to-end process. Key Responsibilities: - Promote available consultants to potential clients and vendors. - Identify and share suitable job requirements from various sources to available consultants. - Develop and maintain relationships with Clients and Vendors. - Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and submitting suitable candidates. - Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems. Qualifications Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with strong negotiation skills. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in bench sales or IT recruitment, with a strong understanding of the U.S. staffing industry. - Familiarity with IT concepts and technologies, as well as various tax terms and U.S. immigration laws. - Proficiency in using job boards and applicant tracking systems.,
