This involves understanding the consultants" skills, sourcing relevant job openings, and managing the end-to-end process. Responsibilities include promoting available consultants to potential clients and vendors, identifying and sharing suitable job requirements from various sources to available consultants, developing and maintaining relationships with Clients and Vendors, negotiating rates and terms with vendors and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements, and submitting the suitable candidates. Additionally, maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems is crucial.
