Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Ahmedabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, hiring, and onboarding candidates. Daily tasks will involve managing client accounts, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and ensuring that recruitment goals are met efficiently. The role requires effective coordination between sales and recruitment teams to place candidates in positions that match their skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
• Proficiency in Hiring and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the technology or staffing industry is a plus
