Role Overview

Bench Sales Recruiter

reach out, build relationships, and onboard job seekers

sales-driven communication position


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach to students, consultants, and professionals via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
  • Explain our career management and job-application support services clearly and confidently.
  • Onboard interested candidates, ensuring all details and documentation are collected properly.
  • Maintain CRM records, follow up consistently, and meet weekly enrollment targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for candidate success tracking.
  • Identify new outreach channels, communities, and groups for potential candidates.
  • Act as a brand ambassador — deliver professional, positive, and persuasive communication.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent

    spoken and written English communication

    (neutral or US-friendly accent preferred).
  • Prior experience in

    Bench Sales, US Staffing, or Student Recruitment

    (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong

    sales mindset

    — ability to handle objections and close enrollments.
  • Basic understanding of

    LinkedIn, CRM tools, and email outreach platforms

    .
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Availability to work

    night shift (EST hours)

    and coordinate with the US team.
