Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Bell Desk Associate in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous and responsive to guests.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and well-maintained at all times.

Job Requirements
