Job Profile

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales operations for all products promoted and sold by Excel Marketing Corporation in the Tricity of Chandigarh and the surrounding areas of Chandigarh. The role involves engaging with a diverse client base, including government institutions, educational institutes, corporates, and the private sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage B2B leads across government and corporate clients. Need to work independently to initiate, follow up, and close deals.
• Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and decision-makers in various industries.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with the technical and installation teams for successful project execution.
• Stay updated with market trends, product developments, government tenders, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must have

  a minimum of 3+ years of prior experience

  in B2B government sales or direct sales, preferably within IT, system integration, telecom, banking, insurance, or a related industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Own conveyance and a laptop are desirable.
• The job is target-based and requires travelling.
• Local candidates will be given preference.
