Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) located in Nagpur. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating business strategies. Daily tasks include conducting market research, attending client meetings, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. This role requires close collaboration with different teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze business trends
• Proficiency in creating business strategies and marketing plans
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of IT services and software development is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
