Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Jaipur, with some work from home flexibility. The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include prospecting, developing strategies, presenting to clients, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
• Strong understanding of the advertising industry, particularly digital and 3D billboards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in a SaaS company is a plus
