• Build and maintain frontend features using

   UI components with 

  clean, maintainable CSS

• Take frontend modules from idea to production — fast prototyping to scalable systems
• Optimize frontend performance through techniques like lazy loading, code-splitting, caching (local/session storage), and efficient bundling.
• Continuously improve performance, animations, and UX based on real user feedback
• Dive into 

  cross-platform development

   (web + mobile) and ensure visual/functional consistency
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and other stakeholders
• Tackle frontend challenges with strong problem-solving and design systems thinking

• Tier-1 college background (IITs, BITS, IIITs, etc.) or exceptional portfolio/github
• Experience working in a startup environment or on side projects
