The role requires market research, sales strategy development, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and negotiating business deals. They must ensure smooth operations in IT asset recovery, refurbishment, and resale while optimizing financial performance. Key responsibilities include overseeing asset recovery processes, developing new service offerings, and managing partnerships with vendors and IT asset disposition (ITAD) service providers. The role also involves budget management, financial forecasting, and providing business performance reports to senior management. The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree in business administration, management, IT, or a related field, with 7-12 years of experience in business development, IT asset recovery, and refurbishment services. Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills are required. Knowledge of IT asset recovery, refurbishment, and resale processes is essential.
