We collaborate with global clients across industries such as FinTech, Healthcare, Logistics, OTT, and AI-driven platforms. We’re seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with deep expertise in the MERN stack, hands-on experience in Spring Boot and Next.js, and practical knowledge of real-time communication technologies like Agora or Twilio.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
  • Pitch company’s IT solutions including

    mobile apps (Android, iOS, hybrid)

    and

    web application development services

    .
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, reports, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Participate in networking activities, industry events, and digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation.
  • Stay updated with market trends, technologies, and competitors’ offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in

    IT sales / software services sales

    (preferably in mobile & web app domain).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and project delivery models.
  • Experience with

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, or similar B2B platforms

    is a plus.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and handle client objections professionally.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a strong team player.
