The Opportunity :

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive

If you enjoy on-ground sales, achieving targets, and working with premium technology solutions — this role is perfect for you!

What You’ll Do

Conduct daily client visits and product demonstrations at retail counters, electrical shops, and project sites.

Generate new leads and onboard active dealers/distributors within your assigned territory.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch, production, and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

Represent Primezen at trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.

Provide market insights, competitor updates, and on-ground feedback to management for strategic planning.

Maintain proper reporting of visits, meetings, and sales activities using company tools and formats.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

1–3 years of experience in field sales (preferably in electrical, lighting, or automation products).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently

Basic proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.

Two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
