Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and directly contribute to the company’s sales and marketing initiatives while working closely with the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
• Regularly meet with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored printing and packaging solutions.
• Maintain and build strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Assist in drafting proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with the CEO.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of client requirements.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain CRM records, generate regular sales reports, and provide insights to improve performance.
• Represent the company in trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as needed.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive learner with a go-getter attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
