So, what’s the gig?

At 2 Pints Brewing, we’re looking for a Bartender who’s passionate about craft, conversation, and creating memorable moments — one pint at a time. You’ll be the face of the bar, bringing warmth, precision, and personality to every pour and every guest interaction.

The good stuff you’ll own

Pour with purpose: Serve craft beers and beverages with accuracy, consistency, and flair — always upholding our quality and presentation standards.

Create genuine connections: Engage guests with friendly conversation, product knowledge, and a welcoming vibe that makes everyone feel at home.

Master the art of craft: Stay curious about brewing styles, beer profiles, and cocktail trends to elevate the guest experience.

Keep the bar buzzing (and spotless): Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and organization — ensuring smooth service from first pour to last call.

Collaborate with the team: Work closely with servers, kitchen, and management to ensure timely service and happy guests.

Stay sharp behind the counter: Handle billing, payments, and cash responsibly through the POS system, ensuring accuracy and accountability.

2–4 years of bartending experience in restaurants, bars, or taprooms.

Strong knowledge of craft beer, cocktails, and beverage service.

Great communication skills and a naturally friendly, engaging personality.

Quick, calm, and confident under pressure.

Attention to detail — from garnishes to glassware.

Team player who thrives in a high-energy environment.

Flexible with work hours, especially evenings, weekends, and festive events.
