So, what’s the gig?

We’re looking for a Guest Relations Executive who can elevate our guest experience from the moment someone walks in to the moment they leave. You’ll oversee front-of-house flow, lead the guest relations team, and ensure every interaction reflects the 2 Pints Brewing spirit: welcoming, knowledgeable, and effortlessly warm.

This is a perfect role for someone who combines charm with structure — someone who can handle high-energy service hours while maintaining poise, clarity, and a strong sense of responsibility.

The Good Stuff You’ll Own

  • Be the experience leader: Oversee guest check-ins, greetings, waitlists, and seating to ensure smooth, efficient, and warm interactions.
  • Guide the front-of-house team: Train, support, and mentor Guest Relations Associates and hosts to deliver consistently high standards of hospitality.
  • Manage reservations like a pro: Oversee booking platforms, call inquiries, VIP requests, table allocations, and peak-hour guest flow.
  • Solve problems gracefully: Handle guest concerns with empathy, clarity, and confidence; escalate only when necessary.
  • Support service flow: Coordinate with the floor, bar, and kitchen teams to optimize seating, manage turnover, and maintain service rhythm.
  • Champion ambience: Ensure entrance, waiting areas, and overall first impressions align with our brand vibe — warm, inviting, and thoughtfully curated.
  • Own special moments: Assist with celebrations, events, private bookings, and guest-specific requests.
  • Contribute to reporting: Support daily administration including reservation reports, guest feedback logs, and shift summaries.
  • Be the voice of the brand: Share the story, spirit, and offerings of 2 Pints Brewing with authenticity and pride.

If You’re Reading This and Thinking “This Is So Me!”, Then We’re on the Right Track

  • 2–4 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or host/hostess roles, ideally with leadership exposure
  • Warm, confident, articulate communicator with exceptional people skills
  • Strong sense of professionalism, ownership, and composure in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable managing reservations, guest flow, and high-volume guest interaction
  • Tech-savvy with POS basics, reservation systems, and communication tools
  • High emotional intelligence — able to read situations, connect with guests, and resolve issues smoothly
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak service hours
