Job Title: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)
Location: Smaaash Entertainment, Kukatpally – Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site
Working Days: 6 Days/Week | 1 Rotational Weekly Off
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month (Based on interview performance)
Gender Preference: Female candidates only
Age Requirement: Up to 30 years
Joining: Immediate or within 15 Days preferred

Job Overview
We are hiring a Guest Relations Executive to handle guest engagement and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for every visitor at our Hyderabad location.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist with table bookings, reservations, and guest queries
• Handle guest concerns and feedback effectively
• Coordinate with service and operations teams for smooth functioning
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-friendly atmosphere
• Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the shift

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, F&B, or retail entertainment
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
• Ready to work on weekends and rotational weekly offs
