So, what’s the gig?

We’re looking for a Captain who can lead from the floor — ensuring smooth service, delighted guests, and a positive, high-energy environment. You’ll act as the bridge between management and the service team, setting the pace for exceptional hospitality every day.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the middle of the action — coordinating service, supporting the team, mentoring new staff, and making sure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

The Good Stuff You’ll Own

• Lead the service flow: Supervise your section to ensure timely, efficient, and friendly service.
• Deliver great experiences: Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and make their visit genuinely memorable.
• Guide your team: Support, train, and motivate waiters and assistants to uphold service standards.
• Ensure readiness: Review table setups, cleanliness, and presentation before each service.
• Communicate with precision: Coordinate seamlessly between the bar, kitchen, and service teams.
• Handle feedback gracefully: Address minor concerns promptly and escalate professionally when required.
• Support operations: Assist with inventory, billing, and daily shift reports when needed.

If You’re Thinking “That’s Me!”, Then We’re On to Something

• 3–5 years of F&B service experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or captain role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of restaurant/bar service standards and POS systems
• Approachable, calm, confident — a natural people person
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Passion for hospitality, craft beer, and delivering memorable guest experiences
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events
