Key Responsibilities

Floor Leadership

Support the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in leading service.

Maintain calm control during busy shifts and ensure smooth coordination across service, bar, and kitchen teams.

Guest Service Excellence

Lead by example with attentive, friendly, and professional service.

Anticipate guest needs, handle requests promptly, and resolve issues with confidence and care.

Training & Team Development

Guide junior GSAs, runners, and new team members.

Uphold The Cape Goa's standards of service, presentation, and professionalism.

Attention to Detail

Ensure accurate ordering, efficient table setups, and smooth clearings.

Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness and overall presentation.

Communication & Coordination

Relay guest feedback or concerns to management promptly.

Foster strong teamwork across all service departments.

Qualifications

23 years experience in a quality restaurant or resort service role.

Strong communication and leadership skills; confident and approachable.

Well-presented, organised, and reliable under pressure.

Fluent in English; Hindi/Konkani an advantage.

Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
