Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Captain, located in Varanasi. The Captain will oversee daily operations of the dining area, ensure excellent customer experiences by coordinating staff, and manage food service to maintain high standards. Responsibilities include staff supervision, addressing guest needs, ensuring cleanliness and organization, and upholding the integrity of the restaurant’s brand. The Captain will act as a liaison between kitchen staff and the service team to ensure smooth operations and promptly resolve any issues. Qualifications Restaurant Operations: Strong leadership, team management, and understanding of dining floor and service operations. Guest Relations: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle guest queries and ensure customer satisfaction. Time Management and Problem-Solving: Ability to multitask and address any challenges efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with diverse cuisines and knowledge of food and beverage service standards. Experience in hospitality or dining service is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
