Barista/All Rounder

As a Barista at ZOY-Caf, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining caf hygiene, and ensuring a warm guest experience. Your responsibilities will include beverage preparation, customer service, caf maintenance, inventory management, menu designing, billing, and operational support. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages following ZOY-Caf's recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in flavor, presentation, and portion control. - Warmly greet guests, accurately take orders, recommend beverages based on preferences, and handle feedback courteously. - Maintain cleanliness of the bar counter, equipment, utensils, and seating areas, following hygiene and food handling standards. - Monitor ingredient and supply levels, report replenishment needs, follow FIFO principles, and assist in checking deliveries. - Handle cash, UPI, and digital transactions securely, ensuring accurate billing and maintaining receipt records. - Assist in menu development, suggest new beverage ideas, provide feedback on customer preferences, and collaborate with the Caf Manager to refine presentation standards. - Support opening and closing routines, assist team members during rush hours, and maintain adherence to company policies and grooming standards. Qualifications Required: - 6 months - 2 years of experience as a Barista (freshers with training may apply). - Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, caf operations, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Creativity, interest in beverage innovation, understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
