About the Role: We’re looking for a friendly, responsible, and detail-oriented individual to manage daily operations at our Cresetto soft serve kiosk . You will be the face of the brand, serving premium Italian-inspired soft creams, making fresh waffle cones, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Serve soft cream to customers with precision and consistency Prepare freshly made waffle cones as per brand standards Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the kiosk at all times Manage and monitor stock levels (ingredients, packaging, disposables, etc.) Handle basic billing and POS operations Provide excellent customer service and handle queries with a positive attitude Coordinate with the backend team for inventory restocking and operational updates Requirements: Prior experience in F&B / QSR / Ice Cream or Dessert outlets preferred Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Good communication and customer interaction skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of the kiosk Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / SSC or equivalent Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
As the Sales & Logistics Manager at Inside Aout, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end procurement and delivery operations, supervising inventory levels, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, collaborating with vendors and internal teams, analyzing logistics performance, and contributing to sales operations. You will be required to use your strong analytical skills, operational leadership, and expertise in logistics planning to maintain cost-effective and efficient supply chain processes. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics Management, or Supply Chain Management along with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in supply chain management or a related field. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of customs and excise regulations will be essential for success. Proficiency in Excel, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with supply chain software tools will also be required to maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics effectively.
