About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who’s energetic, creative, and passionate about sports, events, and brand experiences. You’ll play a key role in driving sponsorships, partnerships, and ticket sales for The Great Inflate Run across multiple cities — and help make TGIR a national movement.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Partnerships

  • Identify, reach out to, and convert potential sponsors and brand partners.
  • Build customized brand proposals and decks for collaborations.
  • Manage relationships with partners, vendors, and agencies pre- and post-event.
  • Support in closing barter, promotional, and paid partnerships.

Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, emailers, and influencer tie-ups.
  • Work closely with the content and design teams to develop creative brand communication.
  • Coordinate event listings, ticketing promotions, and campaign tracking.
  • Support PR and media outreach initiatives for event visibility.

Event Promotion & Ticketing

  • Coordinate with ticketing partners to manage promotions and sales analytics.
  • Drive audience engagement and conversion through community and on-ground marketing.
  • Support brand activations, stalls, and marathon collaborations leading up to the event.

Who You Are

  • A self-starter who enjoys both creativity and client communication.
  • Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.
  • Hands-on with MS Office / Google Suite, Canva or PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable juggling between multiple campaigns, partners, and timelines.
  • Passionate about sports, events, or lifestyle marketing (a huge plus!).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Mass Communication.
  • 1–3 years of experience in event sales, brand partnerships, or marketing.
  • Prior exposure to the sports or experiential event industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
