Kiosk Staff – Soft Serve & Waffle Cone Expert

About the Role:

We’re looking for a friendly, responsible, and detail-oriented individual to manage daily operations at our Cresetto soft serve kiosk. You will be the face of the brand, serving premium Italian-inspired soft creams, making fresh waffle cones, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve soft cream to customers with precision and consistency
• Prepare freshly made waffle cones as per brand standards
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the kiosk at all times
• Manage and monitor stock levels (ingredients, packaging, disposables, etc.)
• Handle basic billing and POS operations
• Provide excellent customer service and handle queries with a positive attitude
• Coordinate with the backend team for inventory restocking and operational updates

Requirements:

• Prior experience in F&B / QSR / Ice Cream or Dessert outlets preferred
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Good communication and customer interaction skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the kiosk
• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / SSC or equivalent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
