Sales & Logistics Manager

As the Sales & Logistics Manager at Inside Aout, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end procurement and delivery operations, supervising inventory levels, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, collaborating with vendors and internal teams, analyzing logistics performance, and contributing to sales operations. You will be required to use your strong analytical skills, operational leadership, and expertise in logistics planning to maintain cost-effective and efficient supply chain processes. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics Management, or Supply Chain Management along with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in supply chain management or a related field. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of customs and excise regulations will be essential for success. Proficiency in Excel, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with supply chain software tools will also be required to maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics effectively. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule located in Santacruz, Mumbai.
