About the Role

As a On-Ground Event Execution, you’ll be the backbone of our live events — ensuring that every inflatable, every participant, and every moment is in sync. You’ll work hands-on with vendors, production teams, and city partners to bring The Great Inflate Run to life — safely, smoothly, and spectacularly.

Key Responsibilities

On-Ground Event Management

• Lead all event-day operations including setup, branding, inflatables deployment, stage management, and crowd flow.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and safety teams for timely event readiness.
• Supervise event zones — start/finish lines, merchandise stalls, hydration points, and bounce arenas.
• Handle last-minute troubleshooting and ensure smooth real-time execution.

Vendor & Logistics Coordination

• Manage vendor timelines and on-site deliverables (branding, inflatables, sound, power, and safety equipment).
• Oversee transportation, loading/unloading, and setup of event materials across cities.
• Ensure all equipment and inflatables are installed safely and maintained throughout the event.

Team & Manpower Management

• Lead ground crew, volunteers, and zone marshals to ensure clear communication and task distribution.
• Conduct briefing sessions and ensure team alignment with event flow and safety protocols.

Brand & Partner Deliverables

• Coordinate sponsor activations and ensure correct placement of brand assets on-site.
• Work with the emcee and engagement teams to integrate brand mentions and activities.

Reporting & Feedback

• Maintain daily operation logs, expense reports, and post-event evaluation checklists.
• Identify improvement areas for future events and share feedback with central teams.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
