Barista/All Rounder

As a Barista at our company, your role involves preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining caf standards, and delivering excellent customer service. Your strong product knowledge, hygiene discipline, and positive guest-focused attitude are crucial for success in this position. - **Beverage Preparation** - Prepare all coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards. - Safely operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and brewing equipment. - Maintain consistency in taste, quantity, and presentation. - **Guest Service** - Warmly greet customers and accurately take orders. - Provide product recommendations and suggest add-ons. - Serve beverages and food items with proper etiquette. - **Station & Hygiene Management** - Keep the barista station clean, organized, and well-stocked. - Strictly follow FSSAI, hygiene, and safety guidelines. - Maintain cleaning schedules for machines and counters. - **Inventory & Stock** - Monitor daily stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables. - Report shortages or equipment issues to the supervisor. - Assist in receiving and storing inventory as needed. - **Cash Handling** - Process orders using the POS system. - Handle cash/card transactions accurately. - Maintain billing accuracy and prevent discrepancies. - **Team Support** - Coordinate with kitchen staff for food orders. - Assist colleagues during peak hours. - Adhere to all SOPs and company policies. Your role requires: - Basic knowledge of coffee brewing and caf operations (training will be provided). - Good communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Positive attitude, grooming, and discipline. - Willingness to learn and adapt. - 02 years of experience preferred (freshers can apply). **Physical Requirements:** - Ability to stand for long hours. - Capacity to lift small stock items (up to 10-15 kg).
