Job Description

  • Portion, wash, peel, chop, weigh, measure fresh ingredients for Indian menu items
  • Prepare and cook dishes to established recipes and plating standards, tandoor‑based preparations
  • Safely operate and maintain tandoor ovens; manage temperature control and cooking techniques
  • Prepare spice blends, marinades, and accompaniments for tandoor items; assist in suggesting new recipe ideas in collaboration with senior chefs
  • Set up and break down workstation, maintain cleanliness and equipment sanitation during and after service
  • Monitor kitchen hygiene, food safety protocols, waste management, stock rotation, and temperature controls
  • Collaborate with other kitchen stations during service; assist Chef de Partie, support colleagues under pressure
  • Report maintenance or safety issues promptly; uphold professional appearance and conduct

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
