Operations Executive – ZOY

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Salary: ₹25,000/month (CTC)
Experience: Fresher – 2 years

About the Role

ZOY is seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Executive to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you will be actively involved in vendor management, procurement, site operations, and staff coordination across multiple PG and hospitality properties. If you have a background in hotel management or operations and are passionate about driving efficiency in day-to-day operations, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring timely supplies and quality standards.
  • Procurement: Manage procurement of materials/parts in line with budget, requirements, and compliance.
  • SOPs & Process Improvement: Draft, refine, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth and consistent operations.
  • Multi-Site Operations: Oversee daily functioning across multiple PGs/properties while maintaining service quality.
  • Team Handling & Training: Supervise on-ground staff, conduct training sessions, and ensure compliance with protocols.
  • Productivity Enhancement: Identify operational gaps, optimize resources, and boost staff efficiency.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety measures, and local regulations.
  • Reporting: Share regular updates on operations, vendor performance, and staff productivity with senior management.

Requirements

  • A two-wheeler (mandatory) for frequent site visits.
  • Language preferred: Kannada Telegu, English
  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Operations, or related fields (preferred).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and implement best practices.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

  • Prior experience in hospitality/PG operations or a similar environment.
  • Knowledge of vendor negotiations, procurement, and compliance handling.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and execution.
