Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Banquet Sales Executive to join our team at Rakabi The Fern, with 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
