Location: Tilla Mode, Loni, Ghaziabad
Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Basic) + Performance-Based Incentives (Based on Skills & Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Banquet Sales Executive to join our team at our wedding venue located at Tilla Mode, Loni, Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to walk-in clients, explaining the features and packages of our wedding venue, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying client experience from inquiry to booking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to clients visiting the banquet hall.
• Provide detailed information about the venue, wedding packages, available services, and amenities.
• Conduct venue tours and showcase the property to prospective clients.
• Assist and guide clients with booking procedures and customization options.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the banquet area.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries through phone, email, or in-person meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
• Maintain records of client interactions and bookings.
• Provide assistance and support during event setups and client visits if needed.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or banquet coordination preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, friendly, and presentable.
• Ability to work on weekends and during peak wedding seasons.
• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining booking records and follow-ups.
• Candidates residing near Tilla Mode, Loni, Ghaziabad preferred.

Compensation:

• Basic Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience and skill level)
• Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives applicable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
