Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Banquet Associate to join our team at Centre Point Hospitality. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and coordinate banquet events, including setup, service, and cleanup.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Assist in planning and organizing events, including weddings and conferences.

Job Requirements
  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
